CraneMorley a Long Beach, California-based training and performance support company is seeking an experienced FLEX DEVELOPER.

Our company has provided services and e-learning tools, business simulations, management and tracking to the automotive and power sports industries for over two decades.

We have an IMMEDIATE opening for either a fulltime FLEX contractor to work within our interactive team. We are seeking a strong Developer who has extensive experience. Candidates must also be in the local Southern California area.

Rich Internet Application Development, Web Applications, Client-Server Technologies, Web Programming including Web2.0 with various languages and tools like ActionScript 2.0/3.0, Java, JavaScript and creating interactive Rich Internet Applications (RIA’s) using Adobe Flex Builder 3.

• Must have good knowledge of Front-end designing and layout for Web Applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flex 2.0/3.X, ActionScript 2.0/3.0, MXML under Windows and UNIX Environments.
• Experienced in Adobe Flex 2.0/3.0
• Experienced in developing and deploying web applications
• Experienced in XML parsing
• Experience working with databases like Oracle 10g, MySQL and SQL Server 2005 including writing SQL queries and scripting
• Must have excellent practice in developing web pages using HTML, Microsoft FrontPage, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3/CS4 and Adobe Photoshop CS4.
• You should be a “Team Player” and self-motivated individual capable of working in a collaborative team environment.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. Have capacity and commitment to work under pressure and completing challenging projects on time with quality.
