Flash / AS3 Developers Needed!

CraneMorley is a Long Beach, California-based training and performance support company seeking an experienced Adobe Developer.

Our well known and award winning company has provided many services including web based training and e-learning tools, portals, business simulations, game and scenario based training, management and database tracking to most of the major automotive and power sports industries for over two decades.

We are a cutting edge company that creates rich internet applications and uses all the latest technology to develop our products based on our client's needs. Our Programming Team develops on all major platforms including Learning Management Systems, web, and mobile phones and tablet devices.

We have IMMEDIATE openings for both fulltime staff candidates as well as, contractor positions to work with our interactive development team. We are seeking strong FLASH Developers/Designers who can hit the ground running. Serious and experienced candidates only!

Skill Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Flash/Flex development
  • Experience with HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript AND how they interface with Flash/AS3
  • Experience creating and building to technical designs and specifications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Experience that are a plus:

  • Familiarity with other Adobe products capable of AS3 communication (ex. Adobe Captivate)
  • HTML5 development experience
  • SCORM/AICC experience
  • Game development experience
  • Mobile platform development experience

ADOBE FLASH experience should include, but not limited to:  Design and develop web based training modules, animate, embed sound, still and video image files into Flash, and program navigation and functionality to work with the GUI design concept is essential. Our Flash Developers work closely with our Instructional Design team, so it is necessary that you will be able to read storyboards and convey the ID’s vision into an interactive, web based product.
