CraneMorley in partnership with the ISPI – Los Angeles chapter presents our Lunch & Learn Series, held at the offices of CraneMorley. We invite industry thought leaders to speak to all our attendees. Our topics for our Lunch & Learn series is intended to be thought-provoking and to shine a new light with our attendees to get them considering new methods for their training and development courses. UPCOMING EVENTS

CraneMorley is hosting an Understanding XR webinar, on December 13 at 11 am PST.

We are reaching out online to our colleagues who were unable to attend our series of Lunch and Learns here in our Long Beach office to:

  • Demonstrate the differences between virtual, augmented and mixed reality
  • Share case study examples of their practical application
  • Outline what’s involved in development and deployment
  • Solicit your experience and ideas throughout the session

Guest Speaker from Microsoft

Ryan Nadel, Senior Manager of the Dynamics 365 Guides authoring program for mixed reality content will join us for this meeting.  Guides was just released in October and promises to open content creation for the HoloLens to everyone without the need for programming skills.

Free Working Guides

Participants will be able to download three free working guides to these new immersive media forms to help you understand their best application.

Why You Should Care

We would like you to consider XR as more than just another media to add to your blended learning strategy. Its application can extend into the workplace to provide on the job support and include interactive guidance and data from the cloud, as well as artificial intelligence data processing.

You Be the Judge

But you can judge for yourself if XR is that bridge technology and where we are on its adoption curve. When you do, you should consider the accelerating convergence of the following factors:  wearable device innovation has reached a tipping point – expect major brands like Microsoft, Lenovo, Samsung, HP, and Apple to join early movers Google, Oculus and HTC.

After This Webinar

You will be on your way to identifying the right use-cases: understanding which technologies and platforms suit which purposes. And how to make sure you always pick the right applications for your business.
